Concert to benefit local youth By Chidi Ugwu COLLEGIAN STAFF WRITER Tonight, a select group of stu dents will try to make a difference through song. Harmonies for Hope, a benefit concert for the Second Mile char ity organization, will be held tonight at 7:30 p.m. in 111 Forum Building. Tickets are $3 at the door, and $2 with a Penn State student ID. Second Mile is a Pennsylvania based nonprofit organization that benefits local youth. Eliza Altenderfer, Harmonies for Hope co-chairwoman, said the concert will be a little different than other benefit concerts. Instead of preparing a list of songs and then allowing people to audition to sing those songs, people auditioned with songs they wanted to per form -- the show was built around that, she said. But instead of instructing stu dents in chemistry or philosophy, he is advising readers in relation ships. Darko's book titled - Understanding Relationships 101 . ' and co-written with his friend Nesha Rosado is avail able on amazon.com. He said he is also worldng with Borders and Barnes & Noble, in hopes the book will be available next semes ter in the Penn State University Bookstore. - In my book, I talk about my previous experiences in relation ships and just shed light on what a relationship should be like."
