THE DAILY COLLEGIAN Schiano talks football in return to Happy Valley By Brendan Monahan COLLEGIAN STAFF WRITER Rutgers football coach Greg Schiano hears the rumors about Big Ten expansion, but he says the topic is not his concern. "I'm going to leave that one up to our administra- tion," said Schiano, a former Penn State assistant from '9l to '95. "I'm going to go where they tell me." The coach addressed the issue Sunday at the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame Scholar Athlete Awards Banquet, which took place at The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel.
