An autopsy found that Gammage suffocated from compression of his neck and chest. A six-person coroner's jury rec ommended Nov. 3 that Allegheny County District Attorney Robert Colville file criminal homicide charges against all the officers. Colville has said that charges of first and second-degree homicide were not appropriate. A prosecutor must prove that there was intent to kill to sustain a first-degree charge. Second degree homicide involves death during the commission of a felony. '`i / WINGS • for $5.95 Hot, Mild, & Super Hot Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing 350 Special Offer No Coupon Necessary 254 E.
