'ER' star attends family awards event CINCINNATI A long night in the hospital almost made George Clooney miss a gala in honor of his family. Clooney worked on his hit show "ER" until 3 a.m. Satur day, then had to hop a jet to Cincinnati for the "Tribute to the Clooneys" that night. Actor and singer Tom Wopat will become host of a new variety show on The Nashville Network. "Prime Time Country" will replace "Music City Tonight" in January as the 90-minute flag ship show on TNN each week night, the network announced Sunday.
