Man trespasses in Taco Bell restaurant A 47-year-old man was arrested at about 11:30 p.m. Monday when he was discov ered allegedly trespassing in Taco Bell, 100 Rolling Ridge Drive, the State College Police Department said. The restau rant is under construction. The man went before District Justice Ronald Horner and was taken to Centre County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail, police said. ■ Burglary: Michael Williams, Maurice Simmons and Ryan Reichlin, all of 518 University Drive, reported that more than one person forcibly entered their apartment at about 10:15 p.m. Monday and started a fight, State College police said. Police said Reichlin suffered a black eye and bruises. Wil liams and Simmons suffered bruises and abrasions. Pres ident Clinton is expected to tap New York State Police Superin tendent Thomas Constantine in the next few days to become the new head of the Drug Enforce ment Administration, adminis tration officials said yesterday. If confirmed by the Senate, Constantine would take over a 3,500-agent organization that has a presence in 53 countries worldwide, including agents in all 50 states. He would succeed former U.S. District Judge Robert Bonner, who left the administrator's job last Oct. 29 to join a private law firm. Constantine did not immedi ately return a call to police headquarters in Albany, N.Y., late Tuesday. Two administration officials, who spoke on condition of ano nymity, said they expected the nomination to be announced by the end of the week. One said he believed that Attorney General Janet Reno, who would be Constantine's boss, had met with him about the job.
