Haiti lecture set for tomorrow "An Introduction to Haiti" will be presented by Kathleen Dorsainvil at 2 tomorrow afternoon in the HUB Gallery Lounge. Dorsainvil, a graduate student in the department of economics, will give a personal statement on various aspects of her country. The program enhances the Smithsonian Institution's Traveling Exhibit. "Haiti: The First Black Republic and Its Monuments to Freedom:' which is displayed in the HUB Gallery. Services to be held for trustee A commemoration of the late University Trustee Kenneth L. Holder man will be held at 3:30 Sunday afternoon in Schwab Auditorium. Holderman, who died on Oct. 9, was vice president emeritus of the Commonwealth Campuses. A Penn State alumnus (architecture, class of 1931), Holderman was elected to the board in 1974. collegiate overview lowa students arrested in protest The Chronicle of Higher Education reports that 30 University of lowa students were arrested recently while protesting the Central Intelli gence Agency's recruitment on campus. The demonstrators refused to leave the building, saying the CIA had no right to recruit students for its activities, which they called illegal. Protestors were charged on a number of counts, including criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. Cal State recovering from quake The California State University is picking up the pieces after the recent earthquake which shook regions in the state, reaching a 6.1 on the Richter scale, according to the Chronicle of Higher Education. A student was killed in the quake when part of the wall of a parking structure fell in on her.
