Yorks yesterday, culminating a one-year investigation by University Police Services and other law enforce ment agencies. Subrahamyam Vedam, 623 W. Fos ter Ave., was also arraigned for re ceiving stolen property, possessing prohibited weapons and carrying an unlicensed firearm.
