—The Daily Collegian Friday, May 11, 1979 Exec Council offers spot to branch campus member The Undergraduate Student Govern ment Executive Council last night agreed to have a member of the Council of Branch Campus Student Government Associations on Executive Council. COBSGA will meet during the summer and decide whether they want to be on Executive Council, USG President Hal Shaffer said Having COBSGA on Executive Council will not take any of the organization's autonomy from them, he said. Executive Council can represent all undergraduate students and "our credibility will be enhanced" by adding COBSGA, Shaffer said.
