The special registration areas • are: Hamilton Court, Warnock Union Building, Johnston Patio and Pollock Union Building. Bicycles can be registered any other time at the east end of Spruce Cottage, The number : of bicycles stolen on campus jumped from 34 in 1971 to 152 in 1972.
