Altoona station, WFBG-TV, has agreed to air a minimum of three hours a week of University pro grams. Triangle publications, Inc., the third party in the agreement, will provide the University with a $lO,OOO grant to finance the costs of production. ’ For several years under the previous agreement, the TV pro gramming - produced by the Uni versity and aired on the station has exceeded the required mini mum.
