PAGE TWELVE University to Award Contracts For Four New Residence Hails The University ■will award con tracts this -week for the construc tion of .four new residence halls in the 'Pollock and East Halls areas.* Work on the new units is scheduled to begin immediately after the contracts are awarded. Stanley H. Campbell, Vice pres ident for business, said that-the four units, which will house ap proximately 1,000 students, are scheduled for completion "by the fall of 1964.
