ADM Pencek Gets Post As Lacrosse Coach Dick Pencek, a two-time All-American laclosse 'player for Rutgers University, has been named lacrosse coach at Penn State. Pencek succeeds Ernie Baer, who resigned his head coaching job last year to'join a Baltimore sporting goods firm. The new Lion coach is presently a physical education instructor and assistant lacrosse coach at the University of Massachusetts.. He is expected to assume his duties here in mid-January. Pencek is no stranger. to State lacrosse. Last season„ he served as defense coach and watched the Lions suffer through 'a 4-6 season.
