"The statements will be sent to the student’s home address if it is in the United States. However, if his home is outside of the coun try, the bill -will be sent to his campus address," Richard H. In addition to the removal of social privileges. Phi Delta Theta was also fined $75 by the board. The action stemmed from the theft of two University-owned lounge chairs by four members of the fraternity. ' . Sigma Phi Epsilon and Tau Kappa Epsilon have had rush ing privileges removed only in regard to freshmen, Deßocco said, because they advertised open houses in violation of an IFC ruling. All advertising concerning last Saturday’s open houses was to be done by the IFC- and the two fra-i ternities involved violated this by advertising on their own, Deßocco said. Jan uary, Baker said. Students who would like to de fer "fees may pick up deferment applications at the Bursar’s of fice, he said. Up to 50 per cent of a student’s University fees can be deferred. If deferment is approved, the student need only pay 50 per cent of his fees by the December 8 deadline. The remainder must be paid by February 5, Bake,r said. Students, who defer fees do not pay a late payment fee, he said. Tire only charge for deferment is a $2 service fee for every SR)O or part thereof that is deferred, Baker added.
