He talked about the possibility of governmental activities limiting personal free doms and- how the Explorers should prepare to be future leaders of their country. A FAMOUS EXPLORER beams with pride after being presented the organization's official Explorer Scout cap. The cap must have reminded Ike of the times he wore a similar one while serving his country as Commander of the Allied Forces in Europe during the Second World War.
