PAGE EIGHT Weber Says 475 Join Alum Group About 475 Alumni Association memberships have been solicited from seniors so far, Herman We ber, senior class president, said yesterday. Over BO of Ihe 194 class agents who were appointed to solicit memberships during senior week have not yet reported their re sults to the Alumni Office, Weber said. These agents must report before the end of classes Satur day, he said. • All 14 of ihe class agents in ihe College of Home Economics have reported their member ships to ihe Alumni Office, Weber said. He added that this was the only college with 100 per cent results reported. The College of Engineering and Architecture leads in the total number of memberships from a single college, with more than 100 reported, Weber said. Only seven of the 30 class agents in the college have failed to report results, he said. The drive for Alumni Associa tion memberships started during Senior Week. May 7 to 14 and lias been proceeding about as well as last year's drive, Weber said. During this week, each of the 194 class agents contacted from 8 to 10 seniors in his college to ex plain the operations and the pro cedure for joining the association, he said. Fuller Requests Groups To Submit Officer Lists All student organizations must submit the names of ail new offi cers and advisors to the Hetzel Unibn desk by May 31, William Fuller, associated manager of Student Activities, said. The names will be listed in the Hetzel Union Directory which is issued once every year, Fuller said. Four OSGA Officers Elected To Serve for Coming Year Robert Fisher, outgoing president of the Pottsville Center SGA, was elected 1961-62 president of the Or ganization of Student Govern ment Associations at the an nual spring meeting last weekend. Other newly elected officers are Paul Miller, Elazelton cam pus, vice president; Theresa Sar do, Scranton Center, correspond ing secretary; and Faith Szuhaj, Altoona campus, treasurer. Hearings on workshop reports from the March meeting and two general sessions were held during the two-day meeting. All the workshop reports were accepted in the first general ses sion, after being discussed in the afternoon hearings.
