PAGE EIGHT Proctor to Speak On 'Abundant Life' Dr. Samuel D. Proctor, president of the Agricultural and Technical College of North Carolina, will speak on "What Is an Abundant Life?" at '10:55 a.m. tomorrow in Schwab. Proctor has served as pastor of the Baptist Church in Rhode Is land, and as philosophy profes sor and president of Virginia Union University. In 1960 he was a member of the National Com mittee of the White House Con ference for Children and Youth. He is now a member of the Gen eral Board of the National Coun cil of Churches. Proctor will also speak on "The Negro College and Direct Social Action" at 8 tonight in the Eisen hower Chapel Lounge for the University Christian Association forum.
