Rules Committee The Assembly shall have a Rules Coma mittee of seven - (7) member& elected by each Assembly. It shall elect a chairman from its membership. Each major com munity government must have' at least one member on the Rules Committee. The Rules Committee shall: 1. Make appointments of chairmen of legislative committees and approve the appointments of legislative committees. 2. Prepare the agenda for all meetings of the Assembly, 3. Make any special rules of procedure of the Assembly. 4. Schedule and 'determine the format for all committee reports. All action of the Rules Committee shall be subject to the approKal of the Assembly.
