PENNSYLVANIA Boro Votes Traffic Fees Traffic Ordinance 586 con cerning parking regulations was amended last evening at the meeting of the Borough Council. Robert K. Kistler, borough solicitor, proposed the amendment. According to the ordinance, parking violations such as, parking more than six inches from the curb, parking in front of a pri vate driveway, double parking and parking closer than 25 feet from the corner, were subject to a fine and the cost of prosecu tion by a justice of the peace. Prosecution costs approximately $5, Burgess Roy D. Anthony ex plained. The amendment states that the penalty for such violation is a fine of $2 if paid within 48 hours. The cost of prosecution is removed, saving the violator an average of $4 for each vio lation.
