If you have, the Penn State Players are looking, for you. i Tryouts for “John Gabriel Borkman,” third Players’ production of the year, will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday and \V edne s d a y evenings in the Greenroom of .Schwab Auditor ium There nre parts for five women and three men. Persons who have previous acting experience and can ap pear middle-aged'with a mini mum amount of make-up are particularly needed for the three major roles, according to Warren Smith, director. The re maining roles do not require "mature" actors and everyone is welcome to try out. Smith added. The three major roles are Bork man, his wife and his wife's twin sister. Action centers around a three-way volley for control over the life of Borkman’s son, who is of college age. Borkman lives a self-imposed life of exile in his home after serving a prison term for embez zlement of share holders’ profits. While in exile he dreams of the day he will return to the business world he once controlled. The play was written at the turn of the centry by Henrik Ibsen.
