John Rackley, dean of the Col lege of Education, will be the chairman of the panel. Dr. Fran cis Whaley, associate professor of psychology, Dr. Neal Riemer, as sociate professor of political sci ence, and Rustum Roy, professor of geochemistry, will be the panel members.
