PAGE EIGHT SCCA Changes Proposed Student Government Associa tion Cabinet made three recom mendations last night to alter the student check cashing agency pro posal of the Freshman Advisory Board. Cabinet proposed that the staff of the agency consist of only six members, instead of six or more, os proposed by the advisory board. It proposed that fees for cash ing checks be lowered if the agency's income proved more than sufficient. It was also sug gested that the Association of Student Activities manager hold the post as agency advisor. The original plan made no distinction as to who would hold the post, other than saying "a University employee " These recommendations will be brought before the SCA Assem bly Thursday night.
