These services usually arrange appointments with the Mental Hygiene Clinic if it is felt that a student needs extra consultation. He emphasized that those stu dents who go to the clinic are not abnormal. Lott said that the clinic ad vised 300 students last year. He added that there are only about 10 to 20 breakdowns every year. The demand for service, how ever, has grown faster than the clinic staff, limiting the number of students that the clinic can assist. Rustlers Take 't2 Ton Steer From Farmer Cattle rustlers-20th century style—struck this month in Cen tre County. William C. Shoemaker, White hall Rd., told State Police that a whitefaced Hereford steer weigh ing about 1000 pounds was rustled between April 12 and 14 from his land located about two miles southwest of the borough. Truck tracks found near a load ing platform lead Shoemaker to believe the steer was hauled off in a truck. The steer is valued at $3OO.
