Wilson, associate (lean of ad miNstons for research and de velopment and former head of the Divi , ion Of Intermediate Wilson, who was 58, died Wed tieNday in his home at. 256 E. Ir vin Ave Ile had been in ill health for L.orne time and was set musty 11l for about 10 days before his death. A member of the faculty and administration for 13 years. Wilson was head of DIR until it became a part of the Division of Counseling. In addition to the DIR position. he' n•a; dean of men from 1949 to 1932. itecogni!ing a need for proper guidance, he established the resi dence hall cotin:.eling program. When named to the faculty in 1945. WKson served as professor and head of the Department of Agronomy. Ho was promoted to the position of vice dean and director of resident instruction in the College of Agriculture in 1946. Wilson resigned as dean of men in 1952 to devote full time to Din adminkttation.
