The courts would consist of one representative chosen in th e spring from each residence hall unit. The representatives, who would serve the following year, would form a number of 4-mem ber courts and a number of 6- member courts. Applicants would be screened by WSGA Senate. The chairman of each court would sit on Judi cial. The Senate must pass the plan at two Meetings before it can become a part of the constitu- tion. Other suggested constitutional revisions are the addition of a second vice president and another sophomore senator. The second vice president, who would be a sophomore, would take charge of Freshman Council. The council is now headed by the sophomore senator. There is now only one sopho more senator: Under the revised constitution, senators would not be elected to handle a specific committee, as they are now. Their duties would be purely legisla tive. The chairman of the Fresh man Regulations Board and the president of the Town Women would be added as ex-officio members. A town senator now sits on council, but the position 'i ~ has been dropped for elections .next spring. These proposed revisions must also be passed at two meetings, before they are adopted.
