The north wing will be a 3- story building. At present, the foundations of the building have been laid. Forms are now being made for the building's walls. Excavation is the only other work being done on the project now. Miller said that tentative plans call for the crews to work all winter. However, he said that there is a question if this will be possible. Earl Cump from Chambersburg is the contractor for the project. Cost of the project has been esti mated at 1.4 million dollars. Both countries have such edu cation programs in their univer sities, but none of the teachers have had professional training. Therefore, during the spring se mester of 1958, 10 experts from Italy, five in agriculture and five in industry, will begin a year of intensive vo c a tional education training at an American univer sity.
