IN THE TWENTIES, up-to-date college gals wore raccoon coats, danced the Charleston and smoked Luckies. What's the rage on campus today? Raccoon coats. The Charleston. And Luckiest The conclusions are obvious. 1. Luckies were tops for taste in the Twenties and still are. 2. Smart Smokers knew it and still do. So any gal who takes Luckies to a Roaring 20's party is a Dapper Flapper! And by George, the 134 friend who sports 'em, too, is a Couth Youth!
