PAGE EIGHT Borough Police Impose Fines On 45 Students Fourteen students were fined during September by State Col lege Borough Police for moving motor vlol;,tions. A total of 31 other students were fined for borough parking violations. Joseph Polasstre of Shamokin was fined on two counts, driving on the left side of the highway and driving without wearing glasses as required. Five students were fined for failure to stop at a stop sigp. They are Julian Chalker, Hollidaysburg; Sherbyn Ostrick, State College; Thomas Neth. State College; Don ald Wise, State College, and Harry Klapper, State College. Robert McCallum, Philadelphia, and John Thornton, Lemont, were fined for speeding and Lionel Al bourn, State College, and Donald McGhee, Long Island, N.Y., were arrested for reckless driving. A breakdown of parking viola tions by students includes 19 for parking against traffic, four for blocking private entrances, five for parking within 25 feet of a corner, one for double parking„ and two for meter violations.
