Money Returned Money and unsold books will be returned from Sept. 39 through Oct. 4 at the same hours. Beginning in the spring semes ter. the USA will enforce the Cabinet-recommended action of deducting no more than 80 per cent of the original cost of the books. In the past students have either charged the same price as a new book or added to the orig inal cost. Self-Service Adopted Since last spring the BX has adopted a self-service program. Instead of having the notebooks and supplies behind the counter where someone had to hand them out they are now on open shelves. With the prices marked on them. The only drawback to this pro gram has been that students have been pilfering the stock. Any stu dent caught in the act will be recommended to one of the stu dent judicial courts.
