Under the same section, the committee recommended that Cabinet investigate the expense accounts of standing committees now receiving compensation. Another recommendation con cerned the establishment by Cab inet of a committee to.implement a proposal by . the 1954 Encamp ment concerning representation on Senate committees. The proposal recommended that student representatives serve in an advisory capacity on every Senate committee except the Rules Committee. The students would be chosen by a joint Cabi net and Senate committee. Commenting on the lack of in terest in the All-University elec tions and the college council elec tions, the Student Government Committee stated it felt voting at both elections would be increased if voting was combined at a cen tral voting location. Cabinet referred the sugges tion to the Elections Committee and the Inter-College Council Board. THE DAILY COLLEGIAN. STATE COLLEGE. PENNSYLVANIA dent Encampment at Mont Alto. The list of 81 positions was pre pared by the Encampment Com mittee as specified by a motion made at Cabinet last spring. The motion, made by Ben Sinclair., former chairman of the Board of Dramatics and Forensics, asked that the committee present the list to Cabinet before Nov. 15. Several Cabinet members asked whether the list should be ap proved as the official number of student positions at Encampment. Seely said, however, that Cabi net should only accept the list so it will remain flexible, should Cabinet wish to add or delete po sitions this spring. John Riggs, Campus Chest chairman, presented a breakdown of tentative monetary allotments from Campus Chest's proceeds to its member charities. Seely asked that discussion be referred until next week when Riggs could pre sent a detailed report. TIME OUT FOR LUCKY DROODLES! WHAT'S THIS? For solution, see paragraph below. EVERY ONE OF THE PEOPLE in the Droodle above (titled: Lucky smokers playing poker) has a good deal. Because they all smoke Luckies, they all enjoy better taste. Luckies taste better, first of all, because Lucky Strike means fine tobacco. Then that tobacco is toasted to taste even better cleaner, fresher, smoother. So light up a Lucky yourself. You'll rate it aces high for smoking enjoyment. DROODLES.
