The chairman of Tribunal will chair the meeting during the trial of the All-University president. A two-thirds vote will be need ed to find the president guilty of embezzlement, malfeasance in of fice or action contrary to or in violation of the Constitution. Cabinet decided All-University presidential candidates must have a 1.3 average to run, but candi dates for vice president or secre tary treasurer need only 1.00 av erages. Cabinet stripped future mem bers of the group of the power to approve the budgets and ex penditures of the groups repre sented on Cabinet. But it retained its power to pass on new fees be fore they are presented to the University Board of Trustees.
