was eliminated. Allan Schneirov,
reporting on the possibility of a
polling place located in Schwab,
said Thursday classes scheduled
in Schwab would make it impos
sible to set up a polling place.
With the exception of naming
two more polling places, a spring
election code was approved by the
committee last night. Tin deci
sion on places of voting will be
completed next week, Kohn said,
and will be ready for cabinet.
The approved spring code is
basically the same as the fall
code, with the exception of date
and time changes, a clique regu
lation amendment, a decentral
ized voting amendment, and the
fraternity-independent man eligi
bility rotation system.
Other changes in the code ap
proved by the committee last
night are a clause added to the
method of campaigning article
and two changes in the places of
campaigning article.
Under the method of campaign
ing, the new clause takes into
consideration a person proven
guilty or a witness who can prove
guilt of another. Any person at
tempting to take advantage of the
decentralized voting system by
voting for another person will be
subject to Tribunal action.

posters per clique inside a store
window in the borough last fall,
one poster of this type was al
lowed.
On campus, there may be a max
imum of 20 posters from each
clique instead of 12 which was
allowed last fall, the committee
decided. The committee also
upped the size of the campus pos
ters to three by three feet. Posters,
at maximum last fall, were two
by two feet.

For Student Employment

Rejects ISCB
Election Plan
The Home Economics Student
Council, last night voted against
the Inter-School Council Board's
proposal for the popular election
of council, officers.
Under the proposed plan, the
student of each college would se
lect the student council officers
at the spring election when they
voted for the council representa
tives. These officers would not
have to have been previous mem
bers of the council.. At the pres
ent time, the officers for the next
year are elected by the old coun
cil from its membership.
