Allan Schneirov, reporting on the possibility of a polling place located in Schwab, said Thursday classes scheduled in Schwab would make it impos sible to set up a polling place. With the exception of naming two more polling places, a spring election code was approved by the committee last night. Tin deci sion on places of voting will be completed next week, Kohn said, and will be ready for cabinet. The approved spring code is basically the same as the fall code, with the exception of date and time changes, a clique regu lation amendment, a decentral ized voting amendment, and the fraternity-independent man eligi bility rotation system. Other changes in the code ap proved by the committee last night are a clause added to the method of campaigning article and two changes in the places of campaigning article. Under the method of campaign ing, the new clause takes into consideration a person proven guilty or a witness who can prove guilt of another. Any person at tempting to take advantage of the decentralized voting system by voting for another person will be subject to Tribunal action. Under the proposed plan, the student of each college would se lect the student council officers at the spring election when they voted for the council representa tives.
