The revisions have been ap proved by the Senate of the Wo men’s Student Government Asso ciation, the Freshman Customs Board, v -and Freshman Council. A resolution that would substi tute the word “university” for “college” and the word “college” for “school” everywhere they ap pear in the All-College Constitu tion will be read for the second time. Prison Director To Speak Tonight William Baldi, superintendent of the Western State Penitentiarv, will discuss prison management before the Block and Bridle Cluo at 7 tonight in 206 Agriculture. Former superintendent of Phil adelphia County prisons, Baldi will give an illustrated lecture showing pictures of prison build ings, dining halls, and prisoners’ living quarters.
