Orr Will Address PSCA, Westminster Robert Orr, Presbyterian rep resentative to the World Student L;hristian Federation conference, will speak at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Westminster Foundation at a joint meeting with the Penn State Christian Association. A student at the University of Southern California, Orr attended the conference in India last De cember. He has spent m any months traveling through India and studying the country and its students. Since returning to the United States, he has given a number of lectures and is present ly on his way back to college in California.
