Groff, pro fessor of naval science and head’ of the College NROTC unit, has been named officer in charge of the NROTC Caribbean cruise to take place July 19 through Aug. 29. ' • Captain Groff will command more than 1100 NROTC contract students who have completed their junior year in 52 colleges.
