THE DAILY COLLEGIAN. STATE - COLLEGE, PENNSYLVANIA,. Tribunal Fines 13 Students; 2 on Probation Sixteen dollars was collected in fines from 13 students, two stu dents were placed on probation for incurring second violations, and three warnings were issued in action taken by Tribunal Tues day night. Tribunal recommended to Cam pus Patrol Captain Philip Mark that three special permits be is sued, one to a student who twice a month delivers advertising ma terial to various places on campus, one to a student who must use his car for hauling for a Mineral Industries Building project, and one to a student who works in the West Dorm dining hall. The committee emphasized that parking and driving on campus, as bounded by College avenue, North Atherton street, Park ave nue, and the College farms, is ' prohibited unless a permit has been issued by the Campus Pa trol. Persons , having permits are responsible for • the ca r s even when they are driven by others. Five fines amounting to $7 were suspended because of special cir cumstances involved. Suspended fines are recalled in the case of a second offense. Two cases were dismissed be cause they involved visitors to the campus. Tribunal has jurisdic tion only over students. Another case was canceled until next week pending further inves tigation by Tribunal.
