Billings, associate professsor of naval science, has announced. Donald Brainerd,. Richard Erb, Joseph Gower, Harry Gribben and Glenn Wiggins have been selected from those upper-class midshipmen who are eligible and interested in the cruise, and will leave from Philadelphia on the cruise to Bermuda.
