FRIDAY, MARCH 21, 152 Students To Attend UN Session Thee. Penn State Christian' As sociation, in cooperation with the Political Science department, will conduct a seminar at the United Nations :headquarters March 27 to ao.• The -seminar group will leave early on the morning of March 27. The program will include attend ing sessions of the UN assembly, interviews with UN delegates, and a visit to the headquarters of the United States mission to the UN. Participants in the seminar will also attend sessions of the Eco nomic and Social Council, the Trusteeship Council and the dis armament conference. Among the UN leaders who will speak to the seminar group will be Ernest Gross, deputy at the UN headquarters. and U.S. dele gate to the. UN; Charles Mallk, Lebanon delegate to the UN; Otto Frey, secretary of the disarma ment commission; Benjamin Co hen, U.S. delegate to the UN arid representative on the disarma ment commission; and Selwyn Lloyd; delegate from Great Brit ain to the UN. Dr. John Ferguson of the Pali tibal Science department, who has recently returned from a tour of Europe, will head the seminar. Students going on the ,trip will be excused from classes by the Dean of Men or the Dean of Women. The cost of the three day seminar will be approxi mately $3O. Students may sign up for the trip and pay the $5 deposit 'in the PSCA office, 304 Old' Main or the Political Science department of fice, 119 Sparks. Marshall to Talk On PSCA Program Alan Marshall, acting president of the Penn State Christian As sociatibn, will speak on "The In tegration and Scope of the Activi= ties of the Christian Association," on the Christian Association radio program at 7:45 tonight over station WMAJ. William Griffith, acting chair man of the radio committee has announced that there are still some positions / open on the com mittee for students who are in terested in 'producing and acting on . radio programs., A - meeting will be held for all those interest ed at 6:45 tonight in 304 Old Main. Methodist Pastor To Address LSA Following a discussion' program at 7 tonight, the Lutheran Student Association will meet in the lounge of the student center to hear an address by Th e Rev. Frank Montgomery, pastor of the local St. Paul's Methodist Church. The Rev. Montgomery will give• the biography of Wesley and an interpretation of his theology. Ca bin e t approved the motion, which was precedeA by suggestions to have the second or third week of the fall semester set aside as Student Government Day. One suggestion was to have cabinet hold a meet ing in a larger place so that more State College, Pa. students could see student govern ment in action. At its next meeting, cabinet will vote on the proposal to pay the annual dues of $l5O to the Na tional Student Association • for 1951-52.
