Voting for "Quill Girl," who will be honored at the Theta Sig ma Phi Matrix table, will „take place Tuesday and Wednesday at Student Union, Winifred Wyant, president of Thet.4 Sigma Phi, announced today. Candidates for the title are Barbara Sprenkle, president of WSGA, Mary Ellen Grube, pres ident of WRA, and Janet Rosen, president of Mortar Board. All women students at the Col lege are permitted to vote for one of the candidates.
