Tony Orsini and Shattuck chewed out a first down on the 25, but Koerber's pass bounced off the fingertips of Bill Barber and into the hands of Avatus Stone, who outstripped the startl ed Lions and went 85 yards for a touchdown. Bob Koleser converted for the third time in four attempts and the Orange had their first triumph over the Lions in 12 years. The lone Lion touchdown came in the final seconds of play. Substitute halfback Bill Abbot broke off the right side of the line, cut back and raced 52 yards as the clock ran out. No Restrictive Clauses After passing the local petition for charter, the senate committee passed a motion to refuse a char ter to any new campus organiza tion having restrictive clauses. The Alpha Kappa Psi Grand council then voted to remove the restrictive clause from its nation al constitution, and' the action was sent in the form of a recom mendation to the fraternity's 68 chapters. Final vote on deleting the clause was not taken until the national convention met in Sep tember.
