Although no of ficial records have been kept, Jack Biery is credited with the present high water mark of 260, set in 1947-'4B. Biery also holds the three year high with 596 points but that mark is in no imminent danger •of falling. .With seven games remaining on Penn State's schedule, Costq needs but a 5.4 average per game to tie Biery. In, the three weekend games the 6-foot 6-inch Lion co-captain garnered 12 against Penn, 16 against Gettysburg and 13 with Navy for an aggregate of 41, thus maintaining a 16-game average of 13.1. The Orangemen's three defending EIWA titlists— Ken Hunte, Pas Perri and George Gebhardt—came through at their particular weightS, but not as easily as many had expected. This week the Nittanies travel to West Point, N. Y., to battle with Army's Black Knights. The Cadets, like the Lions, have dropped but one meet this year. Their loss also came atthe hands of Syracuse, 22-8. Hunte got a reverse, a near-fall and two minutes' time advantage to win by 8-2.
