PAGE SIX Golfers Finish Spotless Slate Scoring an impressive 8-1 vie. tory over Colgate's Red Raiders, the Nittany linksmen finished the season sporting a perfect record. Saturday's win at Ham ilton, N.Y. was the tenth in as many starts, and marked the first time in six years that the golfers went undefeated. The Colgate meet was the fare well appearance of Captain Don Hart, Jim Noble and Alan Hack, who played their final match for Penn State. All three were im portant factors in the Blue and White's successful season. Jerry Smith, Joe Boyle, Tom Smith and Ramon Peterson are being counted upon to form the nucleus of next year's sextet. Beaver House took the first game by 27 pins, lost the second oy eight pins and came back in the final round with a sweeping 88-pin margin. Captain John La bash led his team to victory with the highest three-game total of the evening, 548. Ted Petry cap tained the 7-11 Club.
