This week the huge Nittany squad staged conditioning exer cises, signal practice, work on the dummies, kicking sessions and ball-handling drills. Varsity football candidates who were turned away from practice this week because of lack of locker facilities were urged last night by Coach Higgins to see him Monday afternoon in Rec Hall or on Beaver field. He stated, "We don't want to refuse anyone the chance to try out for the team. We'll find the locker space."
