Lucey Offers Ski Lessons, WRA Provides Equipment Miss Mildred Lucey, WRA advisor, is offering instruction in skiing to all interested women every afternoon from 4 to 5 o’clock at Holanes Field when weather is suitable for the sport. WKA supplies boots, poles, bindings, and skis for fifteen students. This equipment may be used only on Holmes Field. Women who have their ow n skiing equipment are asked to bring it to the field rather than borrow the WRA’s. Beginners will learn the her ring bone, side step, kick turn, stem, stem turn, stem Christie turn, and the proper position for running down hill. Miss Lucey also plans to teach them how to fall. College Requests Sororities Reserve New Dorm Suites All sororities are requested to fill out and send in their ques tionnaires stating if they wish to register for a suite in the new women’s dormitories to H. W. Lo. man, director of dormitories and dining commons, in Old Main, to day. If a sorority neglects to send in the questionnaire it will be as sumed that it does not want a suite, said Mr. Leman. Since all the present sorority houses are condemned and will have to be disposed of eventually, plans have been arranged for 16 suites to be set up in the new dorms if that many sororities ex press a desire for one. If all 19 sororities want suites, the present ones in Women’s Building, and possibly Grange or Athertojj Hall I will be used.
