Drinking Rule 95. The College forbids the ;:erving, or use of alcoholic bev erages at any social function in which minors or women students .ire participating. This action is consistent with I.lie State Liquor Code which 'flakes it a violation of law to ::ell or give intoxicating liquors 10 minors. and with the regula -1 tons of the Women's, Student Gov ernment Association disapproving drinking by women students and reserving the right to punish vio lators. Violations Evidence of violations of this rule will be accepted by the Com mittee on Student Welfare as suf ficient 'cause f , or suspending in definitely the charter or, or for nflicting lesser penalties on, any fraternity or club operating un cier the authority of the College. (a) If and when any violation of these provisions (Rule 9'4 and 95) is reported, "the fraternity or group concerned shall be notified by the Dean of Men or th,,, Dean of Women that its social privi leges are suspended until the case .can be heard and proper action taken.
