The rezoning Was made neces sary by the greatly increased num ber of trailers, as the former zone s were set up when Windcrest was comprised of Only 100 trailers. A mass meeting will be held to night at th e Windcrest community hall to inform the new residents of rules and regulations in effect in Windcrest.- Nominations for officers to serve in Windcrest this semester will b e mad e tomorrow, to be followed by elections Tuesday.
