in Musical
In an ,atmosphere that takes
some of the oldtimers back to the
old Minsky days, the Thespians
are proceeding at a rapid pace in
rehearsals for "No Time for Trou
ble," to be held June 13 and 14.
"Hey Fuzzy, bring the girls
down for. the Corner Room num
ber," the voice of Bud Mellott
booms.•Or maybe -it's "Sock" Ken
nedy, the director, with something
like, "Have yotir gang ready and
let's go!" Mike Kerns is always
near to plug the show with,
"Sounds great, doesn't it?"
In spite of what seems to the
outsider, unfamiliar with rehear Sal
routine, to be a state of utter con
fusion, the show is s haping up flue,
"Sock" claims. Various spots are
polished up in quick succession,
the chorus is getting its numbers
down pat and Mike Kerns says,
"It's going great, isn't it?"
Ray Fcirtupato and Tawnie Hill
were running through their "Alone
In a Trailer" number as a Colle
gian reporter caught one of the. re
hearsals this week. Then the scene
shifted to the dream sequence in
which Verge Neely complains ."Fm.
Just a Yokel Out From Shinbone,

Pa."
In this scene Neely reminisces ,
about his army travels in Europe.
In his dreaming, Gloria TraVioli
takes him to -France while she
sings the haunting "Paris in the.
