"Hey Fuzzy, bring the girls down for. the Corner Room num ber," the voice of Bud Mellott booms.•Or maybe -it's "Sock" Ken nedy, the director, with something like, "Have yotir gang ready and let's go!" Mike Kerns is always near to plug the show with, "Sounds great, doesn't it?" In spite of what seems to the outsider, unfamiliar with rehear Sal routine, to be a state of utter con fusion, the show is s haping up flue, "Sock" claims. Various spots are polished up in quick succession, the chorus is getting its numbers down pat and Mike Kerns says, "It's going great, isn't it?" Ray Fcirtupato and Tawnie Hill were running through their "Alone In a Trailer" number as a Colle gian reporter caught one of the. re hearsals this week. Then the scene shifted to the dream sequence in which Verge Neely complains ."Fm. Just a Yokel Out From Shinbone, • Pa." In this scene Neely reminisces , about his army travels in Europe. In his dreaming, Gloria TraVioli takes him to -France while she sings the haunting "Paris in the. Spring." Then. with Blithe Cohen to Casablanca with her interpre tive ballet a la ,Salome. Students will be required to place a $5 deposit fee on cap, and gown orders. Gowns will be dis tributed at the Athletic Store the week of graduation upon the pre-• sentation of a receipt and must be returned there immediately* following graduation exercises. A .•$l fine will be levied on gowns returned late. Commencement invitations and announcements' may "also be or dered ,at .Student Union. They will be nine cents each and .may be called for • ten days before Commencement.
