He graduated tfrom the latter in 1927 with the degree of BA. After receiving his Th. B. degree from Princeton Theological Semi nary in 1939 and his Th.M. in 1931, Dir. Skinner studied in Germany at the Universities of Berlin and Martough as a Fellow in New Tes tament Literature of Princeton University. In 1941, he received the honor ary degree of DD from Temple University. He is a trustee of Wil ;;on- College and of Beaver Col lege and is also the director of the Philadelphia Federation of -Ghurches. Ritenour, director of the College Health Service, 4125 students were dispensary patients during the 19 days which the Col lege dispensary -was open..in the month Of December-,’ as compared with:2o47 in 29 days for the same month last year. Other statistics show that 1481 excuses were granted to students while only .180 were given in De cember, 1944.
