On these days members of Senate of Wom en's Student Government Associa tion and. volunteers from All-Col lege Cabinet, Interfraternity Coun cil, and Independent Student Council will gather the garments from dormitories and town houses, and will transport. them to Grange (Dormitory to be sorted and pack ed. Members of the Penn. State Christian Association have placed boxes for. further collections at the headquarters of the various religious organizations. Fraterni ties have assigned the delivery of their old clothes to Grange as one of the many duties of pledges. Committee On Elections Reports (ode Revision At a recent meeting the Elec tions Committee of All-College Cabinet revised the student elec tions code effective next semester. The committee added to the code the right Of the Navy :ROTC to vote and run itir office under the same regulations as student per sonnel, It was decided a student cannot be put up for nomination on more than one party in one semester. For example, a person cannot be nominated on one party, lose, and then be nominated again on an other party. Elections committee, candidates for office, and clique chairmen must meet ten days before elec tions when the code will be dis , - cussed and complaints aired. At this time a list of candidates for office and clique members must be handed in. Any changes must be approved by chairmen of elections board. The restriction of the use of a public address system for cam paigning purposes was deleted. Chairman of the Elections Com mittee is Dick Griffiths.
